Having been raised in a small family Seafood business, Chef Stephen V. Mandracchia grew up with the standards of quality and freshness as a personal and professional motto. At an early age he had the opportunity to see and work inside some of the finest restaurants, hotels and exclusive clubs in New York.

At the world renowned four star Mayflower hotel in Washington DC; Stephen completed a formal European style culinary apprenticeship under the direction of Executive Chef Norman Wade and Master Chef de Cuisine Agostino Buggio. Rising quickly through the ranks, Stephen’s creative abilities became more and more evident as his progressive style of cuisine rapidly evolved.

As the Executive Chef of some of the most exclusive private clubs in Westchester County, New York; Chef Stephens’s artistic cuisine was constantly being compared to some of finest four and five star restaurants in Manhattan.

At the Trump Grill, Chef Stephen’s cuisine was driven by the use of seasonal and local products. Being raised in the industry also gives him an edge in sourcing out unique and specialty ingredients from across the seas. Together, these traits form the backbone of our unique dining experiences, which strives to offer the finest food in the most elegant of settings.
